The term CBD stands for cannabidiol, a phytocannabinoid that was first discovered by Dr. Roger Adams’ team back in 1940 (and wholly decoded by R. Mechoulam and Y. Shvo in 1963). It is only one of 113 different cannabinoids that have been identified in cannabis plants (a genus of flowering plants in the family Cannabaceae). Varieties of cannabis plants grown and cultivated for non-drug use, containing no more than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), are referred to as hemp, as established in the 2018 Farm Bill.

The discovery of the first cannabinoid receptors (CBRs) in the brain back in the 1980s forever changed the way we perceived the cannabis plant.

Cannabinoid Receptors, Endocannabinoids, and Enzymes form the Endocannabinoid System.

Throughout this system, natural endocannabinoids are produced by our bodies to help maintain and regulate a wide range of functions from sleep and mood, to memory and appetite. As such, endocannabinoids are neurotransmitters that correspond to the cannabinoid receptors throughout our bodies.

CBD is a non-psychotropic phyto-cannabinoid (cannabis-derived, plant based cannabinoids), which is being researched to determine the possible benefits these plants may provide.

CBD oil can be consumed in a lot of different ways. The most common method of consumption is CBD oral tinctures. User gets a dose of CBD tincture sublingually (under the tongue), they must hold the tincture under the tongue for approximately 60 seconds and then shallow it. The capillaries and blood vessels under the tongue are quite thin thus absorbing the CBD faster and producing the effects quickly.

Another effective way and probably quicker way of getting the effects of CBD is by vaping the CBD oil through a vaping device, aka vaporizer. The oil along with a flavor is filled in a cartridge or atomizer tank, which is then heated and inhaled.

CBD oil can also be consumed via CBD edibles like gummies and candies. CBD can also be consumed in tea, coffee, coated nuts and dried fruits, and in water soluble drops.  There are CBD chews and treats for pets out in the market to give the analgesic effects of CBD to the pets. CBD can be found in topical lotions, creams, shampoos, roll ons, lip balm, bath balms, and muscle pain creams.

You should consult with your doctor or other health care professional before taking cbd. Most people will want to start at the lowest dosage.

Always follow the manufacturer directions.

There are different kinds of cannabis plants. Most people do not realize this. These cannabis plant come in Indica and Sativa variants. The component that gets you high is known as THC and is found in Marijuana plants. Each cannabis plant, whether marijuana, hemp, sativa or Indica will have its own makeup of cannabinoids. While the marijuana plant has very high content of THC, the hemp plant has it in really low quantities. Usually, CBD is derived from hemp plants as it is low on THC. So no, CBD from hemp plant won’t make you high. You must be careful when choosing your CBD oil. CBD oil from ezcbdwholesale.com is derived from hemp plant so rest assured, it won’t get you high.

It completely depends on the method of administration or rather the method of consumption. Sublingual consumption and vaping CBD oil produces the effects almost immediately. CBD edibles, capsules and topical applications (via skin) can take up to an hour to show the effects.

There’s a slight difference between hemp oil and CBD oil. Hemp plant doesn’t contain any THC and contains relatively smaller amounts cannabidiol than most other cannabis strains. CBD oil on the other hand is derived from cannabis plant that contains both THC as well as CBD, in different levels and degrees. You can say that these two oils are different because of their source. Almost all popular CBD brands derive the CBD from Hemp plants that are genetically modified to contain high levels of CBD and virtually no THC.

CBD usually stays in the system for a week. People who have to appear for drug test should refrain from CBD oil that contains THC as that can show positive in the drug test results.

CBD Vape Liquid is specifically designed for using hardware specifically made for this usage. Do not ingest or use cbd vape liquid in any other way.

It is advised to speak to your doctor if you are taking any prescription medication.

Superheated CO2 is used to extract cannabinoids like CBD from the cannabis plant leaves, buds and stems. The cannabinoids that are extracted are then suspended in an oil.

Terpenes are naturally occurring compounds that give plants, herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables their flavors and smells. They interact with the body’s cells and systems to produce different effects. Within the cannabis plant you will find many terpenes with properties that are known to help with memory, mental clarity, anxiety, inflammation, muscle relief and relaxation. These finding can be found in a 2011 study done by Ethan Russo in the British Journal of Pharmacology. As always, please seek advice from your medical professional before using CBD.
